ABOUT JOSHUA ROSS
Joshua Ross is a celebrity aesthetician and the founder of SkinLab in Los Angeles. After working in the beauty industry for more than 15 years, Joshua has developed a keen eye for symmetry and a fierce drive for perfection. He has a deep passion for making his clients feel beautiful — inside and out.
Whether working with celebrities on The Real Housewives or serving clients at his Manhattan Beach spa, Joshua provides highly effective, non-invasive treatments to restore and maintain healthy skin and combat the effects of aging.
Joshua is committed to making professional quality skincare techniques accessible to everyone. This inspired him to develop the Trilogy Wand, an innovative, at-home, professional skincare device.

Monica has been a medical aesthetician for over a decade working with top plastic surgeons in Beverly Hills. Monica has extensive experience in problem solving pigment problems, anti-aging, and creating customized treatment plans for her clients. Specializing in medical grade chemical peels, derma-planing, and hydrafacials. Monica is passionate about giving her clients a radiant and illuminating complexion -so healthy it glows from the inside out.

Charlie is a dedicated medical aesthetician with over a decade of experience in both luxury spas and medical clinics. Her unique approach blends the precision of medical-grade treatments with therapeutic holistic skincare, ensuring her clients achieve visible results with personalized, comprehensive care. Charlie’s passion for skincare goes beyond surface-level beauty—she is committed to enhancing overall wellness, tailoring each treatment to meet the unique needs and goals of her clients. Whether addressing specific skin concerns or helping clients maintain a radiant complexion, Charlie creates a relaxing and results-driven experience for everyone she treats.
Dr. Nadkarni
SkinLab is overseen by Dr. Sal Nadkarni. Dr. Sal cosmetic physician with expertise in facial aesthetics and pharmaceutical clinical research. Dr. Sal’s interest and passion in cosmetic and aesthetic medicine began while working as a Global Medical Director for Botox clinical trials at Allergan in Irvine, CA. While managing worldwide Botox clinical studies he gained a wealth of knowledge about Botox and all of its approved and off-label uses, as well as the safety, efficacy, and side effects of Botox, Juvederm, and many other Allergan products.
