We offer FREE First-Class Shipping on all U.S. merchandise orders $100 and over (excluding taxes). We will notify you via email with your tracking number. Below are the shipping method options and costs.
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with our products, please contact us at hellobeautiful@skinlabusa.com. Items unopened and unused are available for returns and exchanges and must be processed within 7 days from receipt of purchase. Please note, original shipping charges are not refunded. Return labels are not provided on items sent with free shipping.
